Scots and Welsh eye Euro 2016 Bid
Wednesday, December 3, 2008
The Scottish football association could make a bid
to host Euro 2016 with Wales.
The SFA have confirmed that they are in talks about the idea but the tournament will consist of 24 teams making it difficult for a small nation to host the major competition.
The Scottish FA and the Republic of Ireland`s FA made a joint bid to host the 2008 Euro but failed.
